New apprentices 2022
This September, 7 new and motivated apprentices started their training at ROS GmbH & Co. KG at the headquarters in Coburg. On 1 and 2 September, it started with several welcome rounds, a company rally and a pizza lunch together with older apprentices. They also got a small school cone.
Among the new apprentices are two toolmakers, three process technicians, one warehouse logistics specialist and one industrial management assistant.
"We are really pleased with our new apprentices this year," says Lutz Armann, head of industrial training. "We hope everyone had a good start. We are proud to be able to offer our apprentices a sound training - including our own modern training workshop and detailed curriculum. We train them in order to get well-educated employees in the future; with us, the chances of being taken over are very high."
