Election of employee organisation at ROS!

Democracy at ROS. Beginning of March, the election of the employee organisation took place at ROS. The employees had three slates to choose from: “Kennwort: Ein Team für Alle (Code word: a team for everyone)”, “Kennwort: Stark für Euch (Code word: Strong for you)” and “Wir zusammen (We together)”. About 212 votes were cast, an election participation of 62,4 %. 98 of 208 valid votes were given to “Kennwort: Ein Team für Alle”, which will get five seats in the new employee organisation. “Kennwort: Stark für Euch” got 55 votes, while “Wir zusammen” 53. Both of them will have two representatives in the employee organisation. In the constitutive session, Mike Parpart was elected chairman, his third tenure. Martina Schmidt was re-elected as deputy, and Thorsten Schmidt became second deputy.
