We were there!
The Ros stand was staffed by Tina Schulz, a process mechanic trainee, Joschua Krämer, an industrial mechanics trainee and Susanne Moser, an industrial clerk trainee. The trainees were supported by the commercial trainer Benjamin Schmölz and the head of training Lutz Armann. In addition to ROS, numerous companies from the region such as Brose, Kaeser and Gaudlitz were represented.
At the start of the careers advice day, the pupils attended lectures given by individuals from the companies attending. This lasted unitl 1045 hrs when in the Main Hall of the school the Training Fair commenced. This enabled the secondary school children to make direct contact with the representatives of those companies attending the event and also to find out about available training opportunities. Later on there were further company lectures, where attendance by the pupils was optinal. Here Tina Schulz and Joschua Krämer gave a talk on the role of industrial and process mechanics at Ros.
