An individual, customer-specific project manager is appointed by ROS for each project. This project manager is in charge of the project, starting from the acknowledgement of order, through customer approval until the internal serial transmission to the specialist department.
Owing to our networked project control, we are at any time able to search for- and to actively find solutions to any deviations, concerning an impact on the deadline, of a project within our company or the premisses of our customers.
Our precautionary risk anlasysis helps us prevent product flaws and to enhance processes concerning quality.
With the help of Value Stream Mapping, large projects are analysed according to the Toyota-Production system, in case there are any wastes, and an economically optimized project sequence is created.
