Using about 100 modern injection moulding machines with a clamping force of up to 6500 kN, we manufacture technical functional devices, as well as surface- and design devices. We process almost any technical thermoset- and thermoplastic materials, except for PVC.
The automation in production ranges from the automatic material drying process and material loading, through the automatic insertion of metal parts, to various processing-, testing- and packaging steps.
In addition to the conventional 1K injection moulding and the injection moulding of elastomers, we have a lot of experience in processing dyed materials.
