Based on our experience in construction of over 10,000 tools, we manufacture highly precise tools for thermoset- and thermoplastic processing, with the help of modern machining centres and experienced toolmakers.

For plastics processing, in addition to our most modern injection moulding machines with handling machines containing three axles, we dispose of robots containing 6 axles for various different testing- and processing steps. Camera systems make it possible for us to observe dimensions and surfaces of plastics parts.

ROS make use just as frequently of one hundred percent accurate component monitoring by means of laser- or camera systems when taking selected assembly steps.

A test laboratory with optical and mechanical measuring devices of the most modern generation grants a quick and precise monitoring of the quality of the parts and processes.
